2025-04-23Bob, I doublechecked and I have the same Adobe version 18.011.20040.In the Control Panel, Devices and printers, there are two references to the HP printer:1) Fax - HP OfficeJet 4650 series2) HPAE34ES (HP OfficeJet 4650 series) (copy 1)When I am in Adobe Acrobat and do a File Print, The preview window shows the HPAE34ES (HP Office Jet 4650 series) (copy 1) in the name for printer and the document shows up in the preview window The major difference now is that when I send the Adobe document to the printer, the Control Panel dialog box which shows up when I click see what's printing does NOT show the document in the queue. It is as if the document I sent to the printer vanished into the ether. This morning, the document would show up in the dialog box as being in the queue even though it does not print out.Do I need to uninstall the HP printer software and re-install again?Thank you.
